Losing Weight..

There are Pros and Cons in losing weight...

Pros
1. You have proved that your diet plan is a successful
2. You feel great
3. You feel healthy

Cons
1. Losing weight means your clothers become loose too
2. When current clothers, dress, baju kurung, shirts, skirts, pants, track suits are bigger than your size, you need to alter them (time consuming)..
3. Else, you need to buy new clothes (There goes all my salary !!)

p/s: someone asked me to share my diet plan since i told her that her diet plan *not delicious* ahhaha.. nantiler Pn Aida, if sempat nak share:)

Niat kurangkan berat badan untuk ibadat, insya-Allah Allah akan mudahkan. Kalau badan kita sihat, nak ibadat pun senang. Kita ikhtiar untuk sihat, tapi sihat ni kata ulama' taufik dari Allah untuk hambaNya. Wallahua'lam.

shahrul.. yerp al-Hamdulillah bdn ringan sekarang tak rasa malas2 sgt mcm dulu and rasa senang juga kalau nak buat ibadat (wajib) berbanding time naik tak ingat dunia tu.. Lagipun, masa tu dah risau juga sbb baju2 semua dah start ketat2..
